~[info]foltan recounts what little he knows of what happend this morning. Terminal sits, staring into the distance, absorbing the information and enjoying his Irish raktajino.~

    ~Just then his combadge chirps~

    Terminal: Terminal here.

Admiral K: Terminal, Admiral Krzyzewski here. We've been meaning to talk with you for a while. You've been a hard man to reach while on personal leave. Thankfully, you seemed to end up here at the exact right time. Come meet us in the conference room on level 8 in 60 minutes.

    Terminal: Understood. Terminal out.

Well, Foltan, it looks like I've got a meeting to go to. A shower seems like the best course of action, before seeing the admirality.

Capt. Terminal slowly regains consciousness. He realizes two things:

    A) He has no clue where he is.

    B) He is very very hung over.

    C) He just saw [info]mib_khan (one of them) walk by.

    D) He cannot count when he's this hung over.

    Encrypted Message to [info]kyjellico
Jellico, I've decided to go into business with an old friend of mine. We're going to be doing some security/investigation work for a while, since Starfleet doesn't seem to want me back. We are currently en route to Deep Space Nine. I was wondering if you knew anyone that might be interested in buying a 50 year old runabout that was made about 25 years from now in my timeline? It's a little beat up, but still runs well. Also, since I know the [info]uss_murgatroid tends to have some contacts in the "industry," if you might know anyone in the area who might be willing to give us a little work?

    Terminal Out.

Computer, send to [info]kyjellico aboard the [info]uss_murgatroid.

    *POP*
~the Mustang fades back into reality~

Damn, that was a strange unreality pocket.

    Where the fuck am I?

    When did I leave reality?

    And where is the Murgatroid?

    Mustang to Mugatroid, please respond.

    Personal Log
I've been thinking a lot about Starfleet Command lately.

They've taken away my ship, tinkered with my brain, and tinkered with the Mustang. Honestly, they probably would have taken the Mustang, as well, had I not given control of it to Dr. Khan. They're looking for [info]storvik, who's in another dimension, and I bet before long they're going to start looking for me as well. I've decided I'll talk to them when I'm damn good and ready to and not before. I've instructed the Murgatroid crew not to connect Starfleet with me. I'll deal with them later.

    Deep in thought...
I sit staring at the screen, replaying the last communication with the alternate reality Khan.

There's very little I can see that will allow me to figure out how to help here. And I still have to go and deal with Starfleet HQ, without showing up in the Mustang.

Plus whatever happened to that bitch Janeway imposter?

~lights a cigarette on the bridge without even thinking about it, he is so entranced~

~...severely hung over, and notices he's not on the Mustang~

    ~taps combadge~

Terminal to Dr. Khan. Did we get [info]storvik?

    ~Notices no [info]uss_murgatroid~

Hey Lothar, looks like we beat them here. Lets chill out while cloaked and wait until they show up.

    On Our Way
Heh. I thought Dr. Khan knew better than to challenge the Mustang to a race.

Come on Lothar, lets catch up with the Murg.

    In Orbit Around Risa
I've just entered a standard orbit around Risa. I'll chill here waiting for more details from Dr. Khan. I'm about to start a scan for Lothar, to see what is going on.

~All of a sudden the Mustang shakes heavily as something hit it.~

Nevermind, I think I found him.

Computer, beam Lothar in off the hull. And have some booze ready for when he arrives.

    Approaching Risa
After a fairly uneventful trip, I am getting close to Risa. However, I am not detecting the [info]uss_murgatroid in my scans. I once again send a record a message to send to Dr. Khan, in a way that I cannot be traced.

"Khan, I'm approaching Risa, I should be there in the next few hours. You don't seem to be showing up on my scans, I hope didn't miss you guys."

    To Risa I Go
After recieving the reply from [info]mib_khan, I start my journey to Risa.

I don't think that Starfleet will be looking to closely for me there, so I configure the ship to project a holo-image of a standard runabout, so as not to raise any suspicions.

This should be a fairly easy trip, I hope to arrive in one to two days.

    Time to Stop Running
    ~Interior the Mustang~

    Computer, begin pre-recorded message.

Dr. Khan, this is Captain Terminal. I am finally ready to answer Starfleet's questions. However, I am not ready to go anywhere near Sol in the Mustang. Can we meet somewhere, so I can hitch a ride to the Sol system?

    End Message

Computer, encrypt message. Send to Dr Khan via multiple relay pattern number 27.

~sits down in a chair and flips open a panel on the top of his head~

Terminal: Now Dr, if you will just hook this wire in the access port on the top of my head, I should be able to go in and find out what happened.

    ~beams into Engineering~
Realizing that getting his hands on a competent engineer other than [info]ifix, would be a pain in the ass, Terminal decided that he would just do it himself.

"Terminal to Dr. Khan. Can you please report to Engineering? I'm going to find out what the fuck just happened. I need you to monitor my physical health as I'm going to interface directly with computer. Terminal Out."

    First Officer's Log
After being medically cleared for command. I began my work in earnest on optimizing the [info]uss_murgatroid. I started by going over the duty roster. After discovering many shifts only manned by one person, Ensign Kenny, I decided some definite work needed to be done.

I set up a proposal to totally re-adjust the duty roster. I decided to use a three shift rotation, to provide optimal performance. I also, proposed that we start a new set of crew evaluations as soon as possible. I need to know the abilities of the crew better. I decided to implement these during the crew's off duty hours so they would not interfere with their working schedule. I've come to notice an abundance of crew members showing up for duty intoxicated, I think I will include in this proposal to the Captain that all non-synthol intoxicating beverages be banned until further notice.

Also, at o six-hundred hours tomorrow, I plan on having all crew members show up in Cargo Bay 1 in their full dress uniforms for inspection by our Captain.

I intend to look for Commander Storvik at some point, if he is aboard. However, at this point his presence seems to be causing no problems, so unless it is either pushed by Starfleet or the Captain, I see no urgency in pursuing this matter.

    ~Terminal Presses the On Button...
...and the Mustang springs to life.~

Terminal: Terminal to Dr. Khan. Due to some fortunate circumstances, we now have the situation at Earth under control. Captain Jellico and myself will rendezvous with the Murgatroid upon it's arrival. We're getting no response from them currently, however. Can you give me an ETA for the ship?

Also forward to me a current duty roster, personel files, and most recent crew evaluation reports. I have some things I need to accomplish before your arrival. Forward all said information to my quarters at Starfleet Command at your earliest possible convenience. Terminal out.

~Terminal powers down the Mustang as he beams back to the planet.~

    ~Taps his combadge.~

Terminal to Capt Jellico. This is your new first officer reporting for duty. Would you like to meet, so we might make plans for when we reconvene with the [info]uss_murgatroid?

~Terminal lays unconscious on a medical bed. The top of his head is open, but instead of blood and tissue, a neural net is shown underneath. A wire running from a nearby machine that keeps going *beep* runs into the port on the top of his head. An unspecified tech pushes a button on the *beeping* machine. A few lights flash in a seemingly random sequence. Then they stop. The tech presses his combadge.~

Tech: Admiral. The process has been completed. Terminal is ready.

    Visitors
~In beam two admirals, neither of whom Terminal recognizes. Terminal paces the room, smoking his cigarette. He notices the figures behind him and turns to look at them.~

Terminal: I'll have to talk with you later, I have some guests.

Admiral1: He can't hear you. We beamed out your communicator when we beamed in.

Terminal: So are you two finally about to tell me what I'm in here for?

Admiral2: I am Admiral Jellico and this is Admiral Janeway. We're here to get you back aboard a ship.

Terminal: ~takes a long drag off of his cigarette~ Well, excuse me if I don't seem elated. Normally a captain isn't held prisoner while waiting for his ship to be prepped.

Jellico: Well, we had to make sure everything was ready for you.

Janeway: I think you'll enjoy your new position.

~Jellico walks up to Terminal, takes the cigarette out of his mouth and steps on it.~

Jellico: You won't be needing those anymore.

~Terminal opens his mouth to respond, but a security memeber beams in behind him and sedates him with a hypospray.~
